MANDATORY:
Good communication skills
MIn 6 months to 1 year exp as QA in BPO for voice
process.
Should be aware with basic of Quality (i.e. Quality
Tools, Quality Parameters, Analysis, Reports, PPT, etc)
Randomly monitor calls to ensure Client / Serco standards
are maintained.
Review evaluations, maintain tape files
Prepare performance evaluations documenting
contact-handling procedures.
Other Duties as assigned. Well
versed with Excel
